Group Chairman Mr. Wang Hanguang Successfully Concluded an Inspection Visit to Canada

To promote the internationalization process of Hanhai Zhiye and build the "Global Incubation & Cross-border Acceleration" international platform, from June 5 to 11, Mr. Wang Hanguang, Chairman of Hanhai Zhiye Investment Management Group flew to Canada after his attending the opening ceremony of the Life Sciences Park in the U.S. Silicon Valley, and then launched a five-day business visit to Canada.
During the inspection, the Chairman visited his political and business friends from Toronto, Waterloo, Markham and Ottawa, made detailed inspections of the MaRS in Toronto, the Communitech in Waterloo and the Invest Ottawa in Ottawa and other incubator projects, successfully visited Ontario Science and Technology Department, Technology Transfer Center at the University of Toronto, Canada Branch of the Bank of China, etc., had cordial and friendly talks with relevant leaders and reached a number of intentions to cooperate. During the time, Mr. Wang Hanguang received the warm welcome from George Dixon, Vice President of the University of Waterloo, Karen Scian, Acting Mayor of Waterloo City, Frank Scarpitti, Mayor of Markham City, Fang Li, Consul General of Chinese Consulate General in Toronto, Jim Waterson, Mayor of Ottawa City, Zhang Junsai, Ambassador of Chinese Embassy in Canada, Hu Zixiu, Senator of Senate of Canada as well as other political leaders and business elites, and carried out in-depth talks with them. And both sidesexpressed the hope to work together and promote win-win situation.
The visit concluded a number of cooperation agreements, including reaching the intention to exchange office with MaRS, establishing MaRS Hanhai in Toronto and establishing Hanhai MaRS in Beijing; meanwhile, reached the intention to cooperate with Waterloo City, Markham City, Ottawa City and other relevant agencies and achieved fruitful results, making the internationalization process of Hanhai Zhiye step to a new stage.
