Group Chairman Mr. Wang Hanguang Led the Team to Participate in Sino-Canada Cooperation Friendly Talks

On October 10 of Canadian time, Mr. Wang Hanguang, Group Chairman led his domestic partners to hold Sino-Canada cooperation friendly talks in theOMERS headquarters in Canada, attended by Michael Nobrega, Chairman of Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) and of Ontario Excellence Innovation Centre (OCE) with his Group executive team, as well as by Mr. Xu Shanglong, Chairman of Nanjing 21st Century Investment Group, Mr. Liu Zhishuo, Director of Sohu and famous angel investor, Mr. Qiao Qian, President of Zhongguancun Angel Investment Hundred People Committee, Mr. Xue Jun, Director and General Manager of Tsinghua TusPark Ventures, Mr. Xu Haotian, President of Beijing 21st Century Angel Capital, Mr. Guo Jian, CEO of Jinshan Capital, Mr. Li Zhaohui, Chief Representative to Canada of Hanhai Zhiye Investment Management Group plus Ms. Yang Yu, Assistant to the President of Hanhai Zhiye Investment Management Group.
At the meeting, Mr. Wang Hanguang, Chairman of Hanhai Zhiye Group Hanhai together with Mr. Michael Nobrega, Chairman of OMERS firstly introduced the participants on behalf of the Chinese and Canadian sides. Subsequently, Mr. Wang Hanguang introduced the international development status of Hanhai Group and the cooperation ideas with OMERS and OCE, while Mr. Michael Nobrega introduced the current development situation of OMERS and his cooperation expectations. After that, representatives of both sides communicated and discussed in respect of cooperation, expressing to build partnerships with full efforts, sharing resources and achieving cooperation and win-win.
Witnessed by the participants from both sides, Mr. Wang Hanguang, Group Chairman, Mr. Michael Nobrega, Chairman of OCEas well asMr. John Ruffolo, CEO of OMERS Investment Management Company respectively representing Hanhai Zhiye Investment Management Group, Ontario Excellence Innovation Centre (OCE) and OMERS Investment Management Company jointly signed a memorandum of understanding to build the tripartite partnership to provide global market access, innovation guidance, financing support and international cooperation support for Sino-Canadian enterprises.
Finally, the two sides exchanged gifts. Mr. Wang Hanguang, Group Chairman, presented the calligraphy work - "On the Yellow Crane Tower" to Mr. Michael Nobrega, Chairman of OCE, meaning that the two sides would take today as a cooperate starting point and climb to a higher level.
