Hanhai Zhiye Successfully Signed a Memorum of Cooperation with Weifang High-tech Zone, Which Created a New Model for Cooperation Innovation

To further promote the cooperation between Hanhai Zhiye and the Management Committee of Weifang High-tech Zone and to realize mutual complement of advantages and resources sharing, on November 7th, after extensive negotiations and consultations Hanhai Zhiye and Weifang High-tech Zone signed a "memorandum of cooperation" in Weifang opening a new chapter of bilateral cooperation.
Hanhai Zhiye has rich technology resources overseas with international channels and platforms, as well as flexible mechanism and is good at accelerating operation and building platform of hatch. Weifang has prominent industrial advantages, especially the outstanding development of software information industry, bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry, acousto-optic electronics industry and automotive and equipment industry and the loose entrepreneurial environment. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis on respective advantages, the two sides reached a broad cooperation intention. The two sides agreed to actively innovate the cooperation model, give full play to the overseas resource superiority of Hanhai Zhiye on science and technology, culture, talents, projects and information as well as the industrial advantages of Weifang High-tech Zone on industrial clusters, entrepreneurial environment and supporting services to push the building of bilateral interaction through overseas projects hatch, domestic industrialization, fund follow up investment and a variety of models. With the platform resources advantages of overseas incubator in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles, the United States as well as Toronto, Canada, to cooperate to build Weifang overseas incubators, and the overseas incubators of Hanhai Zhiye in the United States and Canada serve as the overseas incubators of Weifang High-tech Zone; relying on the characteristic advantages of Weifang on acousto-optic electronics, automotive, equipment manufacturing, bioengineering and pharmaceutical industries, Weifang High-tech Zone serves as the overseas technological resources industrial base of Hanhai Zhiye to accelerate the docking and landing of projects. The overseas parallel fund is built by both sides together on the basis of deepening the cooperation to promote the industrialization development of projects. Both sides also actively explore the innovative resources overseas which depend on Hanhai Zhiye, excavate the technological innovation demands of enterprises in Weifang and High-tech Zone, promote the enterprises in Weifang and High-tech Zone to go out, merger high quality of innovation resources and carry out international cooperation in a deeper and more targeted degree.
After the talks, Group President Zhao Zhenjiang visited the enterprises in Weifang High-tech Zone such as Goer Tek electronics, Langchao and Weichai Power accompanied by the leaders of high-tech zone and conducted an in-depth investigation on development policy and strategic positioning of industries in Weifang.
