On November 17, "The International Conference of Building a World-class High-tech Park" organized jointly by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of Ministry of Science and Technology, Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Council and Shenzhen Hi-tech Zone Management Committee, was held in Shenzhen. Zhang Jingan, President of China’s High and New Tech Development Zone Association, Xiu Xiaoping, bureau-level researcher of Torch center of Ministry of Science and Technology, and Sheng Bin, deputy secretary general of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

Mr. Zhao Zhenjiang, President of Hanhai Zhiye Group, on behalf of the group attended the meeting and communicated the international technology transfer and the development of the Scien and Technology Park with the guests at the meeting. Hanhai Zhiye Group is at the critical period of strategy transformation in international development and will vigorously carry out the cooperation with the national high-tech zones, continue to promote the developing mode of "global hatch, cross-border acceleration" to create a win-win situation. President Zhao said, the setting up of effective platform and the establishment of partnership with the national high-tech zones has a great significance in promoting the efficient allocation of resources and pushing the development of High-tech Park.

It is reported that, more than 100 people of representatives of the 115 national high-tech zones, international experts, the local government and representatives of innovative services organizations attended the meeting.
