On January 28, Hanhai Zhiye Group successfully held 2015 annual work conference in the group headquarters, attended by staff from group headquarters, group leaders of each project company, representatives from Shenzhen companies and overseas companies. Group CEO Mr. Zhao Zhenjiang host the conference.

First, Group Vice-President Wang Shaokai announced theDecision on Commendation to 2014 Advanced Groups and Outstanding Employees, and gave commendation to them.

Subsequently, Group CEO Zhao Zhenjiang delivered a speech titled “Be realistic and pragmatic, seek innovation and breakthrough of corporate transformation and development”, reviewed comprehensively with regard to building sector, international layout, technology sector, Chinese and American corporate innovation center, investment promotion, cultural construction, external relations and staff life, summarized work achievements of 2014 and deeply analyzed the deficiency during work. On this basis, Mr. Zhao further elaborated the work deployment of 2015, called upon staff to take the opportunity of transformation on the domestic and international basis, which means supporting international development based on domestic basic resources and business and driving domestic park construction by virtue of international brand advantage and business mode for effective connection at home and abroad as well as great-leap-forward development of the company.

Later on, Mr. Wang Hanguang, Group Chairman made the year-end keynote speech. Specific to what was mentioned by Mr. Zhao, he recognized the achievements in the past year and summarized the international development of the company in the future. On this basis, he deeply expounded the connotation of “three, two, five” development strategy, called upon all employees to take the opportunity and seek transformation, and emphasized the importance of ideology and culture with vivid examples. From a holistic perspective, he established new standards for the work of 2015 in terms of direction, responsibility and requirements, called upon everyone to change attitude, grow from self-reflection, make more efforts to learn and draw on the advantages of each other.

Standing at a new starting point, Hanhai employees will unite together with core leaders of Group Chairman Wang Hanguang and CEO Zhao Zhenjiang, be realistic and pragmatic, make unremitting efforts to realize the “Three, Two, Five” development strategy, accelerate global incubation and cross border, and further establish the international brand of Hanhai.
