On April 22, the grand 2015China(Beijing) Transnational Technology Transfer Conference “Transnational Technology Cooperation and Mergers and Acquisitions” Special Forum organized by Hanhai Zhiye Group was held inBeijingInternationalConvention Center.
With “Transnational Technology Cooperation and Mergers and Acquisitions” as its theme, the forum aims to explore channels and paths for internationalization of Chinese enterprises’ development and industrial transformation. The forum invited the guests such as leaders from Ministry of Science and Technology of China and Beijing Science and Technology Commission and principles from well-known domestic and foreign investment and M&A industry and investment institutions to jointly share the investment environment and investment opportunities of cross-border investment and M&A under the overall background of new normal of China’s economy. The forum also expanded deep discussions on hot topics such as development trend and M&A opportunities ofChinaM&A market in order to promote the international cooperation of scientific and technological innovative enterprises and realize the innovative great-leap-forward development.
Mr. Yan Zhenjun, Professor of Beijing Normal University, served as the moderator of the forum. Mr. Wang Hanguang, Chairman of Hanhai Zhiye Group, senior expert of Ministry of Science and Technology and the first person ofChinainvestment real estate establishing overseas science park, delivered welcoming speech on behalf of the organizer. Mr. Gene Hartigan, representative of the U.S. Massachusetts Governor/former Chairman of the U.S. Massachusetts Republican Party, delivered a speech as the representative of guests.
The forum attracted many political heavyweights, experts of mergers and acquisitions and well-known principles of investment and M&A industry and investment institutions. It is a grand meeting for exchange where the high-end talents aggregated and wisdom collided deeply.
