On June 22, 2015, the 6th China-U.S Innovation Dialogue successfully held in Washington DC. The summit was jointly organized by Ministry of Science and Technology PRC and White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. President's science advisor Dr. John Holdren and minister of Science and Technology PRC Dr. Wan Gang attended and addressed the summit. Dr. Wang Hanguang, the chairman of Hanhai Zhiye Group, is invited to the summit and delivered a speech as the representative of Chinese entrepreneurs.
Chairman Wang Hanguang delivered a keynote speech on the topic of “Innovation Incubator and International Cooperation” which fully express the major promoting role of innovation incubator and international cooperation in talent cultivation and discuss the issue of talent cultivation with American entrepreneurs and officers. Chairman Wang said that Hanhai Zhiye group is the science and culture incubator that combine Chinese and American entrepreneurs and start-ups by being the 1st incubator to launch at overseas. Since 2011, Hanhai Zhiye Group decided to promote international development, we have established 7 science and culture parks at overseas and have accumulated much experience in the internationalization of incubation , park construction and innovation. We have been the pioneer in the internationalization of Chinese science and technology incubator, we have also played a bridging role in science innovation that linked Chinese and American entrepreneurs.
By integrating theory with practice, Dr. Wang Hanguang actively advocate content innovation and mode innovation in park construction to provides a new angle for the China-U.S. Innovation Dialogue.
According to reports, the China-U.S. Innovation
Dialogue mechanisms is based on the consensus reached by Chinese and American
governments during the Second Round of China-U.S. Strategic and Economic
Dialogues and it’s approved by the State Council PRC. Both China and U.S.
consider the China-U.S. Innovation Dialogue to be a positive role in
stabilizing China-US. relationship. The dialogue has also played a motivational
role in promoting mutual understanding, reaching consensus, accelerating
international cooperation process and enhancing cooperation in innovative
field. Now the China-U.S. Innovation Dialogue has been an important cooperation
platform for both China and U.S.
