Take Advantage of Regional Advantages of South Station to Build Beijing-Tianjing Technology Corridor

After repeated gracious invitations from Tianjin Wuqing Development Zone and Tianjin Airport Bonded Area, Mr. Zhao Zhenjiang, CEO of Group, Mr. Feng Zaiqiang, Deputy General Manager of technology industry center, and Mr. Li Lei, General Manager of Hanhai Runze, and Group’s Administration Management Center as well as personnel of Incubator Department of Hanhai Runze to go to Tianjin to carry out a field visit and take over with business cooperation.
At 9 o’clock in the morning, the motorcade arrived in Wuqing Business District, and Zhang Shaofeng, General Manager of Wuqing Business District, Dong Wei, Secretary of the party committee, etc. to warmly accept the companions with Mr. Zhao Zhenjiang, CEO of the Group, and they kindly talked in the meeting room. Wuqing District Government leaders showed their welcome and gratitude to the arrival of Hanhai Group and Zhang Shaofeng, General Manager, introduced that Wuqing has advantaged regional advantage, for it located in the intermediate nod of the Beijing-Tianjing comprehensive development principal axis of the circum-Bohai-Sea Economic Circle. With 5 highways and 13 exits, it takes only 20 minutes of high-speed rail from Wuqing Railway Station to Beijing South Railway Station, which plans to make its connection with the No.4 Daxing interurban railway. The economic development of the whole district has among the front row of Tianjin City. After listening to the current development and investment policy of Wuqing, Mr. Zhao Zhenjiang, CEO of the Group explained the development of Hanhai and introduced the construction of Technology Park abroad and the cooperation pattern with Futian District of Shenzhen, which acquired high acclaim from both parties.
After visiting Wuqing Development Zone, the delegation went to Tianjin Airport Bonded Economic Development Zone carried out the visit. Relevant leaders such as Zhou Li, Vice Director of the Administration Committee of the Development Zone, and Li Jinhui, Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, have received CEO Zhao and his companions. As one of the core districts in Binhai New Area, Tianjin Bonded Area is consisted of Harbor Bonded Area and Airport Bonded Area and it gathers the policies and functions various open regions in China to meet the maximum requirements of entrepreneurship and development from the investors at home and abroad. The focus development industries in this region are “high-end equipment manufacturing (aerospace), information technology, biochemical medicine, city industry, modern service industry (headquarters economy, technical research and development, culture industry, industrial finance, trade logistics)” and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center in this area was established in May, 2013 and located in E8 floor of Tianbao Business Park of Airport Economic Zone, core functional zone in Tianjin Binhai New Area with an incubation site area of 31,000 square meters. Li Jinhui, center director, expressed that he had come to Hanhai Runze for visits for several times and was highly agreed with the platform and operation pattern of Hanhai. And this meeting was mainly to discuss the further substantial cooperation. Both parties showed strong cooperative intention after CEO Zhao’s introduction of Hanhai’s platform establishment at home and abroad and project matchmaking as well as cooperation with Futian District of Shenzhen and wished to deepen the cooperation in incubation service output, activity hosting and platform resources share. Firstly on the incubation service output, since the center was established in this year with no experience in incubator operation while Hanhai has ten years of operation experience with mature pattern, the counterpart wished to input Hanhai’s incubation service into the center and discussed cooperation pattern similar to Futian District of Shenzhen; Secondly, as for the activity hosting, Hanhai has held large-scale activities with features such as Cross-border Technology Transfer Meeting, Zhongguancun Forum, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest, China Trip, which received great achievements and broadened brand publicity. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center wish to cooperate with Hanhai in activity hosting, project matchmaking to realize interaction at home and abroad and between Beijing and Tianjin to further broaden the influence; last of all, platform resources share. Hanhai built exchange channel at home and abroad with rich platform resources and the Airport Bonded Area set up office abroad and has strategic cooperation with other high-tech zone. It wished to have mutual sharing of platform resources and jointly broaden the publicity as well as carry out comprehensive cooperation.
After the meeting, the delegation came to Business District, Tiens Group, North Canal Country Park, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Florentia Village for field visit with the companionship of government leaders in Wuqing District.
Since 2011, Hanhai Group has begun to implement the “Go Out” policy to expand overseas markets. By now, we have successfully established 5 high-tech parks abroad and one Sino-US Business Innovation Center, which formed the 3065 pattern. Under the good situation of internationalized process, the Group objected to domestic technology industrial operation and met the obstruction of realization and choke point of development. Since 2013, Hanhai Runze project has been engaged in the exploration of “Commercial Building Expansion + Incubation Service Output” and has more than 30 commercial buildings in Fengtai District of Beijing and hoped to output Hanhai’s incubation service as well as Hanhai brand. Meanwhile, thanks to the regional advantages of South Station, various investors from different high-tech region have offered Hanhai opportunities through visiting Hanhai Runze project. As to the geographical relationship, Tianjin is the most nearest to Beijing with a fast development speed and the Group already had Shenzhen cooperation pattern, so a Beijing-Tianjin corridor can be built through taking advantage of the regional advantages and coping as well as transplanting the Shenzhen pattern.
